Basic Supervisory Training Program
This supervisory course will help your supervisors understand his functions and roles in the organization and accept the challenges that go with the supervisory position. He will gain insights on the issues in the management functions and apply these in his work place and learn how to handle his subordinates better based on the concepts and principles of people handling to ensure performance from them.
